A farm needs the yard, the equipment store, the gate and the tube well covered. Distances are the challenge: positions are often beyond mains power and cable reach, so solar cameras with local recording and wireless links are usually the practical answer.

Yes, with a solar panel, battery and a low-power camera. It has to be sized for winter daylight rather than summer, which is where most solar setups go wrong.
How do I see footage from a remote camera?
Either a mobile data link, which costs monthly and uses power, or a local memory card checked periodically. On a distant boundary the card is often more practical.
