An odd thing for a software builder to say, but it is how we quote: most businesses need packaged software set up well, not a bespoke system. The build-or-buy question comes first, answered against your work rather than our order book — and when custom is the answer, we build it and stay reachable, in person, on the main road.

Buy off-the-shelf. We will set it up.
Standard retail billing, plain accounting, common inventory — the packaged products are good and cost less than custom ever can. We install, configure and train, and charge for that honestly instead of building you an imitation.
Your trade has one awkward corner
Extend, do not rebuild.
A wholesaler's credit ledger, a mill's weighbridge slips, a pharmacy's batch returns — often one custom report or a small add-on beside the packaged software covers it at a tenth of the cost of starting over.

Fed by the biometric terminals we install, so the register, overtime and salary sheet come from one clock nobody argues with. School, factory and office variants differ more than people expect — we have built all three.
Websites, domain & email
A site that states what you do, where you are and how to call — properly indexed, fast on a phone, with business email that is not @gmail. The goal is the call, not a trophy.

We sit at your counter and watch a real day before writing a line. The spec that comes out of that beats any list of features written in a meeting.
A fixed quote in writing
Scope, price and support term on paper. Changes are re-quoted before they are built, so the invoice never becomes a surprise.
Live beside the old way
The new system runs alongside your registers until it has earned trust — usually a month. Switching off the notebook is your decision, made from evidence.
Software questions
- What does a business website cost?
- A clean multi-page site with domain, hosting and business email typically lands between PKR 40,000 and 90,000 to build, plus the yearly domain and hosting. If your customers find you on Google and call, that maths works; if they will not, we say so before taking the money.
- Who owns the software and the data?
- You do, and it is written in the quotation. The database lives on your machine or your account, exports are yours whenever you want them, and if we part ways you keep everything running. Software that holds your data hostage is a lease, not a purchase.
- What if you build it and then disappear?
- The fair question to ask any small developer. Our answer: the workshop is on the main road, the software carries a support term in writing, and the source is escrowed with the owner on request. We have been here since 2015 — the answer to 'what if' is the shop you can walk into.
- Can software fix a messy stock situation?
- No — it will faithfully record the mess. The stock count comes first, then the software keeps it true. We help with that first count as part of setup, because skipping it is why most software purchases quietly die by month three.
