Costs
CCTV repair cost
A typical call-out and fault clearance costs from PKR 2,500. Diagnosis is free, and you get a fixed price before any work starts. Camera, hard drive or recorder replacement is quoted separately once we know what has actually failed.
Diagnosis costs nothing
You pay nothing to find out what is wrong. That matters because the majority of faults turn out to be power or cable rather than a failed camera.
Fixed price before work
Once diagnosed, you get a price and decide. Nothing is replaced on assumption, and we do not swap parts until something works.
When repair is not worth it
If the fix costs more than the equipment is worth, we say so. That happens most often with recorders old enough to have lost firmware support.
How much does CCTV repair cost?
Do you repair systems you did not install?
Yes, and a good share of our repair work is exactly that. We do not need to have supplied it, and we will not tell you it all needs replacing unless it does.
What is the most common repair?
Power supplies and cable joints, by a wide margin. Both are inexpensive, which is why free diagnosis matters — it stops a cheap fault being sold as an expensive one.
Need this doing?
Security camera repair covers cameras showing no image, recorders that stopped recording, footage you cannot retrieve, and systems that lost remote viewing. Most faults are power, cable or configuration rather than a failed camera. Diagnosis is free, and we quote a fixed price before doing any work.
